Currently, Emani Crochets does not offer international shipping. However, sign up for updates as we plan to in the future!

If you would like to inquire about a custom, please fill out the form on the Customs page and we will reach out via email as soon as possible. If customs are closed, it will be announced on our site!

Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be crafted, depending on order volume and material shipment status. Pre-made items are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days. Once item(s) are shipped, it could take an additional 3-4 business days to get to your doorstep!

We only offer refunds if there is a quality issue, shipping issue, etc. with your order. All sales are final due to them taking a great deal of time ot create. However, if your order is not to your needs, please feel free to reach out, our goal first is to always satisfy you!

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
