Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be crafted, depending on order volume and material shipment status. Pre-made items are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days. Once item(s) are shipped, it could take an additional 3-4 business days to get to your doorstep!

We only offer refunds if there is a quality issue, shipping issue, etc. with your order. All sales are final due to them taking a great deal of time to create. However, if your order is not to your needs, please feel free to reach out, our primary goal is to always satisfy you!

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
